Noise reduction with a wide variety of models, materials and colours for acoustic screens, improving the environment in paddle tennis clubs.
Quality
Take full advantage of state-of-the-art technology and premium materials to create bespoke acoustic screens that transform paddle tennis clubs affected by noise pollution.
Underlining the importance for these clubs, these solutions promise an improved environment, enhancing the experience for both players and neighbours.
Technical description
The PG5 sound-absorbing panel, designed for the construction of noise barriers, consists of two profiled sheets of galvanised steel, one with perforations (absorbing side) and the other smooth (reflecting side). When joined together they form a casing which is closed at the ends with a polypropylene cover, which guarantees both impermeability and non-transmission of noise sound waves. On the inside, and between the two steel sheets, rock wool with a black protective veil is placed.
Advantages
TIF-TEC SYSTEM. The panel fits up to profiles type HEA/B 180.
Their varied designs give rise to different combinations.
Panel for road, urban and railway infrastructure applications.
COMPONENTS
Absorbent side
Perforated continuous galvanised steel sheet, 0.8 mm thick, quality DX51D according to UNE-EN 10346. Oriented towards the noise emitting area.
Reflective face
Non-perforated continuous galvanised steel sheet, 0.8 mm thick, quality DX51D according to UNE-EN 10346. Oriented towards the noise receiving area.
Sound-absorbing element
Semi-rigid rockwool panel, with black protective veil. Non-hydrophilic to water. Non-combustible in fire.
Side closures
2 polypropylene lids.
Anti-corrosion coating
Galvanised steel DX51D + Z140.
The finish of the panel is a polyester powder paint protection in the standard RAL colours.
Average thickness of coating on metal e ≥ 60 μm.
