Technical description

The PG5 sound absorbing panel, designed for the construction of noise barriers, consists of two profiled galvanized steel sheets, one with perforations (absorbing side) and the other smooth (reflecting side).

When joined together they form a casing that is closed at the ends with a polypropylene cover, which guarantees both impermeability and non-transmission of noise sound waves. Inside, and between the two steel sheets, rock wool with a black protective veil is placed.

Reflective face

Non-perforated continuous galvanized steel sheet, 0.8 mm thick, DX51D quality according to UNE-EN 10346 standard. Oriented towards the noise receiving area.

Sound-absorbing element

Semi-rigid rock wool panel, with black protective veil. Non hydrophilic to water. Non-combustible to fire.

Lateral fasteners

2 polypropylene lids.

Anti-corrosion coating

Galvanized steel DX51D + Z140.
The panel finish is a polyester powder paint protection in the standard colors of the RAL chart
